ANDREW COCKERILL

I work for Pilkington UK LTD, I am based at Greengate Works in St. Helens. Here we make float glass for various markets. I am a member of the engineering team on site.

I have a passion for fell and mountain walking. I was introduced to this website and thought what a fantastic way to combine something I enjoy doing and also trying to do some good at the same time – by raising funds for this great cause.

I have experienced first hand the devastation this disease can cause. Two years ago my grandmother sadly lost her life to stomach cancer while my second grandmother is currently undergoing chemotherapy to help fight Follicular lymphoma. So I will kindly ask you to feel free to donate to this very worthy cause, no amount is too small.
