THE HIGHEST MOUNTAIN IN AFRICA.

DATE - 2018

  • ASK US!

At 5,895m, Mt. Kilimanjaro is one of the largest volcanoes ever to break through the Earth’s crust. Your mission: to summit the roof of Africa!

Rising above the jungle plains, with its three volcanic cones Kibo, Mawenzi and Shira, this dormant volcano in Tanzania and highest peak in Africa is one of the most popular mountains in the world. Kilimanjaro is unique in that during the ascent you will climb through almost every kind of ecological system; cultivated land, rain forest, heath, moorland, alpine desert and then onto the summit where you will be greeted with snow. There are many routes of ascent, and whilst they are technically not as challenging as climbing peaks of similar height in other regions, the high altitude, low temperature and occasional high winds make this mountain a difficult and dangerous task.
